BBQ at Farhad.s House at Iluka

In conjunction with their visit to Perth, Uncle Ismail and Aunty Rozi invited us to joined them at BBQ reception at their friend's house in Iluka. We were joined by uncle's students from singapore..approx 20 of them.

It was a great event. Food was delicious especially nasi goreng pedas and bbq chicken. Farhad and family really treated us well.

Pictures worth a thousands word..

It has been too long...

It has been quite some time since I last updated this blog. Maybe laziness played around me..Actually so many things happened all this while. We have been very busy moving to new house at Crawley. Thanks Allah for that. It is very near to UWA and PMH where Reena's are attending. My mother in law came in just to look after the kids and bring back the girls to JB for a while. Well at least until end of this year. How we missed them very much.

We finally moved to our new rented home on 23rd May 2009. It is an old house but anyway it is quite cosy with lots of plants and spacious backyard for kids to play around. The street is very quiet.

Thanks to Nizam and his wife for contributed a lots to our household items..chairs, sofa, table just to name a few.

Crabbing at Mandurah

The Crabbing is season is here. Well, actually it was a month passed already. However, the spirit an determination to catch those delicious crab raged on. So we organized with few friends and families to Mandurah. The place to be is PEEL PARADE..yeah remember that. Don't stray away to other places coz it will disappoint you.

We managed to catch 24 crabs..mostly medium to small, well that was alright. The excitement of catching them was great. You just need a net and sharp eye to haul them up.

MyPSA Family Day

On March 15th 2009, Malaysian Postgraduates Association in WA (MyPSA) had organized a family day at UWA. Various activities and impromptu events were being held to the participants, especially the kids. Alia came in second in the ballon category while his sister, Aida came in third. Not to bad gals! Keep your good work. As for Amal, he just enjoyed himself, running around with his new found friends. Ah, what a great foods we had..those sumptuos potluck. Congrats to the event comittee for their hard works.
