Morley Flea Market
Salam,
Today we went to Morley Flea Market..(some call it car boot sales). You can find everything from electrical items to flower pots. It was a heaven for bargain hunters. Most items are cheap but you have to survey and bargain for the right products.
But I think Car Boot Sales in UK are much better.

At last...snow in Perth
Salam,
Seeing is believing. That what they said. We experienced an unexpected event today. Snow was drizzling at our backyard. Although just a few spots it was quite significant. Unfortunately they melted early. Pity Alia and Aida, they didn't had chance to see them. Well maybe another time gals.
p.s . Actually the 'snow' was taken from our ice box.

All those petrol guzzlers in Perth
I found it quite shocking that most cars here have high CC capacity. You seldom see cars less than 2000cc..well except maybe mine. Passenger cars of 4000 cc are a norm. Nevermind about 5000cc and above. In the day where fuel price is soaring..reaching US130 a barrel today, someone has start to ponder to play safe. Public transport is one alternative. My son Amal has a better idea. He told me to start using his car. Mmmm somehing to think about. Anyway selamat berbuka dan carilah nikmat LailatulQadar.
Wasalam

Thursday, September 18, 2008
Perth was raining heavily, with occasional strong wind blasting through. Beautiful flowers begin blossoming at our backyard.
Amal at his usual self..boundless of energy. At 9.30 am he started to browse internet..playhouse disney as usual.
I am feeling a little bit jaded..throat a bit sore.
It has been 19th day of fasting in holy month of ramadhan. Phew..how time fast past. Admitedlly fasting at here are nowehere 'fufare' like those in Malaysia. No 'Pasar Ramdhan'and of course the good thing its restrain ourselves from greed and waste.
Anyway, Reena always prepares delicious, sumptuos meals for our 'buka puasa'. Indeed there are better than what we had in Malaysia.

Gdday Mate...At Last..Perth Australia
Sorry and many apologies for not writing for the past 3 months. Call it lazy, tired, uninspired..well anything that caused not to write for a very long time..
We have finally settled in Perth. It was very difficult to find rental houses for the first timer. We have been moving form one place to another for 3 weeks before finally found a house at Mirrabooka.
Mirrabooka is a diverse locality in term of ethnicity, culture and sosio economic background. However, the facilities are great. Halal food are aplenty. Shopping centres just around the corner.
School is within walking distance.
